Ohno Trojan Rooster

The visual and packaging design of Ohno Trojan Rooster builds a distinctive identity for a strategic board game based on the logic of checkers, enriched with its own unique mythology and rule system. At the core of the concept stands the “Trojan Rooster”—a playful yet tension-filled metaphor that embodies the game’s central strategy: deception and surprise.


The logo and main illustration employ a bold, stylized visual language that remains both readable and iconic. The rooster, hiding a bomb within its body, introduces a layered narrative element that simultaneously symbolizes hidden danger and strategic depth. The color scheme is built on the dynamic contrast of blue and orange—blue representing calculated logic, while orange signals action and immediate risk. The typography uses a clean, mixed typeface that aligns with current board game design trends.


The packaging is designed to instantly capture attention while clearly communicating the game’s atmosphere, theme, and rules. The overall visual identity is engaging and conceptually rich, positioned to stand out in the modern board game market.
